Credit World Financial Services is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Statement sets forth our current privacy practices with regard to the information we collect when you visit our office or contact us via mail, e-mail, fax, online, or telephone for consultation on credit related matters. By participating in the Credit World Financial Services no-cost consultation in person or via telephone, you acknowledge and fully understand Credit World Finance’s Privacy and Credit Information Statement and freely consent to the information collection and use practices described in this Privacy Statement.

Information We Collect and How We Use It

Credit World Financial Services collects credit profile and personal financial information from its clients during the process of evaluating the client’s credit profile and providing credit restoration services.

2.a Personal Information Uses

Visitors who come to our office(s), or contact us by mail, e-mail, fax, or telephone can request information, purchase our services, make payments for services. When you make such requests, payments, or purchases we will request personal information such as name, address, email, telephone number or facsimile number, account number and other relevant information.

We will also access personal private financial data related to the evaluation and restoration of your credit reports. If you visit or contact our office for consultation purposes and-or purchasing a service, we will request financial and credit related information. As a client, you may need to provide the above-mentioned data so that we can relay credit restoration client status information or to solve client credit problems.

In some cases medical payment information is revealed to Credit World Financial Services during the course of accessing client’s credit reports. Any financial and-or medical data we collect is used only to provide you the services you have inquired about and-or purchased. If you purchase by credit card, debit card, or check draft, this information may be forwarded to your credit card provider or bank. You may also be asked to disclose personal information and-or financial information related to your credit reports and credit/financial profile to us so that we can provide assistance and information to you. For example, such data may be needed to provide credit restoration client status information or to solve client credit problems.

2.b Data Disclosure Exceptions:

We will not disclose personally identifiable information we collect from you to third parties without your permission except to the extent necessary including: To fulfill your service requests, To protect ourselves from liability, To respond to legal process or comply with law, or In connection with a merger, acquisition, or liquidation of the company.

3. Changes to this Statement:

Credit World Financial Services has the discretion to occasionally update this privacy statement. When we do, we will also revise the “updated” date at the top of this Privacy page. We encourage you to periodically review this privacy statement to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. Your continued use of the service constitutes your agreement to this privacy statement and any updates. Credit World Finance will not ever in the future revise this Privacy Policy Statement in such a way as to allow for the disclosure of your private, personal, credit related, or financial to any third party except as defined in the above sections.
